This Gift

I wonder if we will ever be able to fully realize what we have been blessed with.
I came across quite a powerful Bible verse the other day and cannot get it out of my head and out of my heart. 1 Timothy 4:14 reads, "Do not neglect the gift that is in you, which was given to you by prophecy..." This is just so powerful to me. We have been given the ultimate gift; the gift of the chance to live, to love, to glorify His name in all that we do. What more could we possibly ask for? The magnitude of this gift is simply intangible. He is so great. He is SO great. Because He gave us His son and His son died for our sins in order for us to live, we have been given this gift. We are so unworthy and yet He gave it to us, still. Just ruminate on the impact, the total significance of the beautiful Grace which is Him. Just thinking about this gift brings me to tears, it brings me to my knees in both body and soul.
